What this site stores
Next Step sets a single first-party cookie (ns_uid) containing a random,
anonymous identifier. It is not linked to your name, email, or any account — it simply lets
the site show you your own saved scenarios when you return. The cookie and your saved
scenario data expire after 30 days of inactivity. Clearing your browser cookies removes
your access to the saved data, which is then deleted on the same schedule.
The scenarios you save contain only the financial inputs you type (home price, rates, payments, and similar figures). We don't ask for, or store, any personally identifying information.

This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
